Beaufort by Spitfire Homes is a luxury housing complex recently completed in Edgbaston. 

As part of a block of high-end apartments a lightweight roof-top extension was needed to create the penthouse suites.
Our partners at Metsec were able to provide an SFS design to allow this extension to go up without additional hot rolled steel.
In less than 6 weeks we completed construction and provided a frame ready to receive the brickslip façade.
